SIMPLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. water
1 can French style green beans
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. rice
1 med. can onion rings

Brown beef, breaking into small pieces. Drain off fat. Add all other ingredients, toss gently. Pour into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
