CARROT AND PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
Carrots to taste
1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to equal 2 cups. Heat 1 cup of the liquid; dissolve Jello in liquid. Add remaining liquid, and mix in carrots and pineapple. Chill until set.
