CARROT AND PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
1/2 c. pecans, cut fine 1/2 c. grated carrots 1 1/2 c. boiling water 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 1 pkg. orange Jello Dissolve Jello in boiling water. When cool, add pecans, carrots and pineapple. Mix thoroughly. Set in refrigerator until congealed. Serve on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise or plain. |
