ORANGE CARROT AND PINEAPPLE MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 lb. 4 oz. can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
Chopped walnuts
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. coarsely grated carrots

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water with salt.

2. Add all ingredients. Pour into bowl. Refrigerate until firm. Do not unfold. Serve from bowl.
