PACIFIC CARROT MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. pineapple juice
4 c. carrots, grated
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add pineapple juice. Chill until slightly congealed. Beat until frothy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Garnish with slivered carrots and slivered almonds.
