ORANGE JELLO SALAD 
1 family size pkg. orange Jello
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Heat sugar and pineapple to boiling point. Dissolve Jello in this. Add 2 cups cold water; mix. Place in refrigerator until mixture thickens. Fold in cheese, nuts and Cool Whip. Stir until evenly mixed. Cover and chill overnight.
