ONION BAKED FILLETS | |
2 lbs. fish fillets 1 tsp. salt 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. original ranch salad dressing mix 2 cans (3 oz.) french fried onion, crushed Cut fillets into serving size portions. Sprinkle with salt. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and salad dressing mix. Dip fish into 1 cup of mixture. Roll in crushed onions. Place fish on well greased baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with remaining dressing if desired. Makes 6 servings. |
