YUM YUM CAKE 
1 box white Duncan Hines cake mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 c. coconut

Prepare cake mix as package directs in a 11x17 inch pan. Cool completely. Spread layer of pineapple on top of cake. Mix pudding and cream cheese in 2 cups milk. Spread layer of pudding mixture over pineapple. Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture and sprinkle top with coconut. Keep refrigerated.
