MUSTARD CARAWAY LOAF 
3 c. enriched flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. caraway seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

1. Stir together dry ingredients.

2. Blend eggs, milk and oil.

3. Add liquid all at once.

4. Stir only until flour is moistened.

5. Pour into greased 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch loaf pan.

6. Bake at 375 degrees 60-70 minutes.

7. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
