CHERRY COFFEECAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 can pie filling (cherry, apricot or blueberry)

With wire whip, combine the first 6 ingredients. Pour 3/4 of the batter into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover dough with one of the following: cherry, apricot or blueberry pie filling. Spoon the rest of the dough over the top. Sprinkle with your favorite nuts and a combination of 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
