SOMBRERO DIP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. extra hot catsup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans with liquid
Jalapeno peppers to taste
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese for garnish
1/4 c. chopped stuffed olives for garnish
1/4 c. chopped onion for garnish

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Stir in chili powder and salt. Mash beans with liquid. Heat. Place in chafing dish and top with garnishes. Serve with Doritos.
