HOMEMADE VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cans canned milk
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 qt. Half and half
Approximately 1 qt. sweet milk

Beat all ingredients together well except milk. Pour into freezer. It will only be about 1/2 full. Add enough sweet milk to make 2/3 full. Serves 10 to 12.
