DELUXE BLT SALAD 
1 lg. head of iceberg lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
6 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
4 oz. semi-soft natural cheese with garlic and herbs
3/4 c. cucumber salad dressing
3 tbsp. bacon bits

Place 1/2 of the lettuce in a large salad bowl. Add a layer of tomatoes and hard cooked eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add layers in order: cucumber, green onion, green pepper and remaining lettuce. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. In a small bowl, combine the natural cheese with cucumber dressing; mix until well blended. Spread over the cheese layer, sealing to edge of bowl. Cover and chill (up to 24 hours). Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon bits and toss. Makes 12 servings.
