TROPICAL SALAD 
2 c. (20 oz.) pineapple chunks
1 pkg. (8 oz.) pitted dates
2 lg. firm bananas, peeled & sliced
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. pitted white grapes
1 c. strawberries, fresh, halved if desired
1 c. blueberries

DRESSING:

1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. finely grated lime peel

Drizzle dressing over fruit.
