BARBECUED RIBS 
3-4 lbs. ribs, cut into serving pieces
1 lemon, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 c. water

Set oven to 450 degrees. Place ribs in baking pan, meaty side up. Place 1 slice lemon and 1 slice onion on each piece. Roast 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees. Bake 1 1/2 hours more. Baste 2-3 times during baking. Makes 4-6 servings.
