CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
10 1/2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinned)
8 oz. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Onion
2 cans mushrooms

Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Dip chicken in mixture and brown in butter on both sides. Add mushrooms and onions and saute. Place chicken in baking dish. Mix together sour cream, mushroom soup and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done. Serve with rice.
