CHEESE-BAKED HADDOCK | |
3/4 lb. haddock 2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 lb. sliced process Cheddar cheese 1 c. milk Place fish in greased 6x10x2 inch baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard; add milk gradually; cook, stirring until thickened. Add cheese; stir until melted. Pour over fish. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until fish flakes easily with fork but is still moist. 3 to 4 servings. |
