PATRICIA'S VEGETABLE BAKE 
1 can cream celery soup
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can French style green beans, drained
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Combine first 8 ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Pour in oblong shallow baking dish. Crush crackers on top. Dribble butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
