BAKED CORN | |
2 c. canned corn 2 eggs, well beaten 1 tbsp. butter substitute 2 tsp. flour 2 tbsp. milk 2 tbsp. cream 1 tsp. salt Combine ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well oiled pan. set in pan of warm water. Bake in moderate oven (400 degrees) until an inserted knife comes out clean. If desired, additional milk may be added to provide moisture. 6 servings. |
