ITALIAN VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 cans black pitted olives, drained
2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained
2 (4 oz.) cans button mushrooms, drained
1 head cauliflower in florets
1 red onion, sliced
1 pt. cherry tomatoes
2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing

Mix according to package directions Good Seasons Italian Dressing (not diet kind). Mix vegetables together and pour dressing over all. Marinate for 5 hours in refrigerator. Will keep for a week.
