3 egg whites
Salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts
Vanilla
2 c. corn flakes (or other cereal)
1 c. coconut

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff; add sugar and vanilla. Fold in nuts, corn flakes, and coconut. I sometimes use raisins or chocolate chips. Drop by spoonsful on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. These do not freeze well.
