TEX-MEX DIP 
BOTTOM LAYER:

Brown 1 pound ground beef and add 1 package taco seasoning mix, then mix with 2 cans bean dip and then spread on a big meat platter.

NEXT LAYER:

Combine and spread on ground beef mixture:

1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 pkg. taco seasoning

TOP LAYER:

2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Then I pop it into the microwave for a couple of minutes to semi-melt the cheese. If you like, you can put chopped tomatoes, green onions and chopped olives on it, too. Serve with nacho chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
