ONE DISH MEAL | |
1 lb. ground beef (chuck or ground round) 2 c. sliced raw potatoes 1 1/2 c. cooked rice 1 c. stewed tomatoes Butter a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Layer potatoes (seasoned to taste) on bottom, then add layer of rice. Top with ground beef (seasoned to taste), and chopped onion (optional). Pour can of tomatoes over the top and bake in 350 degree oven until fork tender, about 50 minutes. |
