CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
8 oz. crushed pineapple and juice
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 egg

Mix in pan and heat until it boils. Chill for 1 hour. Add 6 Granny Smith apples with skins, diced and 8 ounces Cool Whip and 1 cup salted peanuts. Refrigerate before serving.
