TOASTY TUNA CASSEROLE | |
12 slices toast (crusts removed) 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained 1 sm. onion, chopped 1/4 c. mayonnaise 6 slices American cheese 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt Arrange 6 slices of toast in ungreased oblong pan (9 x 13 inch). Mix tuna, onion and mayonnaise; spread over toast in pan. Top each slice of toast with 1 slice of cheese; place remaining slices of toast on cheese. Mix remaining ingredients; pour on center of toast. Spreading to within 2 inches of edges. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly, 25-30 minutes. Serves 4. |
