BLUEBERRY - PEACH COBBLER 
1 lb. fresh peaches, peeled & sliced
1 lb. fresh blueberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, melted

Combine peaches and blueberries in a bowl. Add 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla to fruit; stir well. Pour into a baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix remaining sugar, flour, milk, melted butter and remaining vanilla. Mix well and pour evenly over fruit. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Serve warm; good with ice cream.

This recipe is a awesome! I've made it for family and friends and they all love it. Try it with fresh blackberries and peaches..yummy. if you don't have fresh peaches use canned peaches with light syrup and drain most of the juice..leaving a tiny bit for flavor.Great either way!!
