CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground pork
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 sm. onion (minced)
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
12-14 cabbage leaves (cook about 4 minutes to soften)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

I mix the tomato sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice together and save 1/2 cup to pour over the cabbage rolls before placing in oven.

Mix all ingredients together; roll in cabbage leaves. Place in baking dish and bake at 250-275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
