RICH PINEAPPLE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can EAGLE Brand Milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 bananas
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
Cool Whip - 1 lg. carton
Coconut
9 inch baked crust

Mix 1 cup pineapple, cornstarch, sugar. Cook until thick and let cool.

Mix cream cheese, Eagle Brand Milk, lemon juice and vanilla.

Slice bananas over baked crust. Pour cream cheese mixture over bananas and chill. Pour cooled pineapple mixture over the above layer. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
