1ST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

4TH LAYER:

Cool Whip, balance left from 12 oz. tub

Press 1st layer into 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool crust.

Cream ingredients in 2nd layer, fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread on crust.

Prepare pudding, spread on top. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with chopped nuts or sprinkles.
