CHOCOLATE WALNUT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 c. 10X sugar
2 (4 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

1ST LAYER:

Mix 1 cup flour, 1 cup butter and 1 cup nuts. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees; cool completely.

2ND LAYER:

Mix 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 of Cool Whip container and 1/2 cup 10X sugar. Spread over bottom layer.

3RD LAYER:

Mix 2 boxes instant pudding and 3 cups milk. Spread over layers.

4TH LAYER:

Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Chill and serve.
