FRUITED CHIFFON SQUARES 
1 (6 oz.) or 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello, any flavor
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
1 (4 oz.) container whipped cream
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained or crushed pineapple, drained or sliced bananas

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice and stir until it thickens. Remove any undissolved ice. Measure 1 cup gelatin and fold into whipped cream. Beat until smooth. (Crushed pineapple can be added to this mixture if desired.) Spread in 8 inch square pan. Chill until set, about 5 minutes. Add fruit to remaining gelatin. Spread over bottom layer. Refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour. Cut into squares. Serve with additional whipped cream if desired.
