STRAWBERRY CHIFFON SQUARES | |
1/3 c. butter 1 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 45) 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin 3/4 c. boiling water 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed 4 c. Campfire miniature marshmallows 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped Whipped topping or cream & fresh strawberries (opt.) In a small saucepan, melt butter, stir in crumbs. Pat firmly on bottom of an 11"x7" baking dish. Chill. In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in sweetened condensed milk and undrained strawberries. Fold in marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour into prepared pan. Chill 2 hours or until set. If desired, garnish with whipped topping and strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers. |
