1 c. flour
1/2 c. walnuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries
2/3 c. white sugar
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
1 c. whipping cream

Combine first 4 ingredients, bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven, stirring occasionally. Combine strawberries, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice (strawberries do not need to thaw completely). Beat for 10 minutes or until stiff. Fold in whipping cream that has been beaten stiff and spoon onto first mixture.
