SHEEPHERDER'S BREAD DIP 
1 loaf sheepherder's bread, unsliced
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. sour cream
1 (5 oz.) pkg. dried beef or crab, shrimp
1 med. onion, diced (red onion for color)
1 green bell pepper, diced

Mix ingredients together; put in hollowed out loaf. Wrap well in foil. Heat in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cut up pieces from loaf for dipping.
