MEXICAN CORN BREAD | |
1 1/2 c. self-rising meal 3/4 c. Wesson oil 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped 2 eggs 1 c. grated cheese 1 c. onion dip 1 c. sour cream 1 sm. can cream corn 1/2 chopped bell pepper Mix all ingredients together. Put in 2 pans (13 x 13 inches). Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes. |
