TANGY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Wheat Chex cereal crushed in 3/4 c.

In large bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar and dry mustard. Remove 4 tablespoons of mixture to resume for topping. To remaining mixture, add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, pepper, salt and egg; blend well. Stir in green pepper and the Wheat Chex. Add hamburger. Mix well. Shape into loaf-shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Then pour over the liquid. Bake 15 minutes more.
