60 MINUTE CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter
1 3/4 c. Prego spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Using the palm of your hand, flatten chicken breasts to even thickness. Dip chicken into egg and then into crumbs to coat. In skillet, heat butter (butter). Brown chicken on both sides. Add Prego sauce. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley, cover and simmer for 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
