ANGEL GRAHAM BARS 
1 box graham crackers
1/2 c. milk (can)
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut

Cook butter, sugar, egg and milk until it begins to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup coconut and 1 cup chopped pecans.

Cover bottom of large cookie sheet with whole graham crackers. Spread filling over crackers, top with another layer of whole crackers. Pour icing over that.

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Enough cream to spread easily

Chill before cutting.
