BUTTER TARTS 
Frozen shells or your own pastry
1 c. white sugar
1 c. seedless raisins
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. butter
4 tbsp. cream or half & half
1/2 c. broken walnuts

Beat eggs. Combine with remaining ingredients except nuts and boil at medium heat for 3 minutes. Add nuts, mix. Fill unbaked tart shells. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
