1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding mix
4 whole eggs
2/3 c. Crisco oil or Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. coca cola (1 - 10 oz. bottle)

Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. Pet milk
3 egg yolks
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)

Cook and stir over medium heat until spreading consistency.
