2 c. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal, run through a blender or food processor until fine powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey's chocolate bar, grated
3 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, chocolate bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes. Makes 112 cookies and recipe can be halved easily.
