MINESTRONE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 lg. celery stalk, sliced
1/4 sm. head cabbage, sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can garbanzo beans
3/4 c. pasta wheels, elbows or your favorite
3/4 tsp. dried basil
1 sm. can beef broth

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onions, celery, garbanzo beans, pasta, basil and beef broth and simmer 1/2 hour. You can add zucchini, corn, or other vegetables in season. Add water enough to cover ingredients.
