MACARONI SALAD 
1/2 lb. macaroni
2 stalks celery
1 red onion
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. salad olives
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
Sm. jar pimentos
Salt and pepper

Cook the macaroni in salted water until it is tender and drain. Chop the onion, celery and olives and mix well the macaroni.

Add salt, pepper and the mayonnaise. Decorate the top with sliced hard boiled eggs and chopped parsley. You can add chopped green pepper or scallions or eliminate the olives if you like.

Perhaps you prefer raisins or chopped nuts. Just season it well and you will have a delicious dish.
