OVEN FISH FILLET | |
1 lb. fish fillet 1/4 stick butter 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. basil Melt butter. Mix with other ingredients. Dip fish in mixture then coat fish with Italian bread crumbs. Grease shallow pan, place fish skin side down. Bake at 475 degrees for 15 minutes. Do not turn fish. |
