OVEN FRIED FILLETS | |
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets 1 egg 1 tbsp. water Bread or cracker crumbs 1/2 c. melted butter Beat egg with water and dip fish in this egg mixture. Roll in crumbs (on wax paper). Place fish in a shallow baking pan. Cover with melted butter. Bake in a 500 degree oven until brown and flaky, about 10 to 12 minutes. |
