OVEN FRIED FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs or seafood breader mix (I use Adluh brand)
3 tbsp. butter

1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.

2. Tightly season fillets with salt and pepper.

3. Roll in bread crumbs or mix.

4. Place in lightly oiled baking dish. Dot each fillet with butter.

5. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
