HEIDI'S POTATO SALAD 
4 lb. new potatoes (cook and cut up)
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. oil

Toss while still warm and cool.

1/2 c. diced red onion
1 c. chopped celery

2 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. dillweed

Add to potatoes and stir in 1 thawed package of frozen peas and 5 boiled eggs (3 chopped and 2 for garnish). Makes 12 servings.
