HAMBURGER PIE 
1 to 2 lbs. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. uncooked rice, prepared
4 to 5 med. potatoes, cubed
Mozzarella & Colby cheese, shredded
Pie crust
Lawry seasoning
Garlic
Onion salt

Fry hamburger, onions and potatoes until potatoes are almost done. Add cooked rice and mix well, season to taste. Pour in pie crust until half full. Spread 1/2 cheese in middle and pour remaining hamburger mix over cheese. Spread remaining cheese over top and cover with pie crust. Slit crust 5 to 6 times and dab butter over crust. Bake at 305 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve hot. Use no fail pie crust recipe.
