SWISS STEAK 
2-3 lbs. of 1" thick round steak or chuck roast or Swiss steak
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco (opt.)

Salt beef on both sides, dredge in flour and brown in 3 tablespoons oil. Transfer to baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
