ROCKY ROAD FUDGE 
1 lb. confectioners sugar
1 c. cocoa
1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Butter an 8-inch square or round baking pan.

In a 2-quart glass bowl, place confectioners sugar, cocoa, milk and butter. Cook on High in microwave for 2 minutes. Remove from microwave. Add vanilla and mix well. Add nuts and marshmallows and mix well. Pour into buttered pan. Refrigerate until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
